We use Royal Mail first class postage service with a 'Signed For' service for all small artworks on paper, unframed.
For larger, heavier, bulkier and framed artworks over £250 we use a specialist art delivery service. Please enquire for inland and overseas prices.
Delivery Times
We aim to fulfill your purchase asap. Please be aware that delivery times vary. Please allow an extra 2-5 days processing time. We aim to ensure you receive your package safely and damage free.

Insured items
Some items offered for sale here will need to be insured by Royal Mail. If you require extra insurance please contact us directly using the contact form.
Returns
We take every effort to securely package and post your original artwork so that you receive it undamaged.
Your item is insured by Royal Mail and if you receive your item damaged through the delivery service, you are able to receive a refund through the Royal Mail. Please contact us for support in this matter.
Do keep receipts of purchase and any tracking numbers and correspondence that the Royal Mail sends to you - this helps the recovery cost process immensely.

Customs and Excise
Please be aware of any extra Government and Customs Tax charges imposed on your purchase by your Country. Joanne S Headington is not responsible for these charges and are they are not included in your postage costs from the UK.
